 Could you please confirm if the nRF52820 is available in the WLCSP package?

Yes, we have found it, but the confusion arose due to the comparison below of your Bluetooth LE SoCs, where the WLCSP package is not listed in the nRF52820 column.

 ThnRf52820 is available in WLCSP package.

 Yes, they are available for new designs. Only the ones marked as "not recommended for new designs" should not be used.
