removing BLE services for reducing Ram

hello Nordic

i am working with nrf52832, and nrf52840 with ncs v2.5.0 

i am on the very adge of my ram take specially on the nrf52832 soc based devices.

we are working mostly with SMP service and thinking to have one thread and for one service (the SMP) to avoid having other services that has threads and take stack.

connecting to my device with nrf cell application i saw some default services like battery and tx power etc.

i was wondering

1. is it possible to configure ncs so this default services will not run on my device

2. can it actually reduce RAM take if i configure out those services ?

The thread analyzer can be useful to check the various stack sized, and if some can be reduced. It's possible to reduce the number of services and characteristics, but it will have minimal effect on the RAM usage. But to answer your question I believe for instance CONFIG_BT_BAS=n should do the job.
