Cant install right toolchain manager version through nf connect for desktop.

I downloaded the latest nef connect for desktop version.
now I want to download and install the latest toolchain manager. when I try to open the current one I get this massage:

but I don't have an option of downloading a newer version:

I already tried to uninstall the nrf connect for desktop version.

Hi Sholomo, 

Could you let me know which nRF Connect for Desktop version you have ? The latest version is v5.0.2 

With that version of nRF Connect for Desktop ,  you should be able to install the latest Toolchain Manager v1.5.2

Please be aware that it's recommended to install NCS SDK and Toolchain from Visual Studio Code instead using Toolchain Manager.
