nRF52840 analog pin usage.

Hello.

I am developing device using nRF52840 and i have question about analog pin usage.

My circuit is analog Pins getting voltage supply while nRF52840 is not used (not supplied). 

Is there any issue with it?

Absolute max still applies, and that references VDD (see PS).

With VDD=0V, you are not allowed to put anything more than 0.3V onto any I/O pin including the analog ones.
