We used two different packages of 833 and assembled two batches of PCBs. The first batch used the aQFN package, and the radio can operate normally. The second batch used the WLCSP package, but the radio cannot work properly. We used the same antenna circuit diagram from the aQFN package on the WLCSP package.
1. We checked the high-frequency crystal oscillator, and it is functioning normally. We can see a 32m sinusoidal waveform on the oscilloscope. Also, we wrote a program that uses the high-frequency crystal oscillator as a timer clock source, and the timer works well.
2. Using the CWM500, burning the DTM test program, the WLCSP package cannot measure the fixed-frequency emission waveform（The probe has been attached to the antenna port, but the issue still persists.）, while the aQFN package can.
3. Using the BLE_UART example program, the WLCSP package cannot detect the Bluetooth broadcast, while the aQFN package can. Can you provide any troubleshooting ideas? Thank you very much.
