Time of each AD packet

When I am using the NCS SDK v2.6.1, I am confused

1.How to get the time of each AD packet sent?

2.Is there any way to record the time in the AD packet?

3.There is a radio notification function in the old version of the sdk, is there a corresponding support for NCS?
