iOS 9.2, why it can see device in LightBlue but not in Settings/Bluetooth?

I run nRF51 with S110 and advertising at least standard battery service. I can see my device in LightBlue scan window but in iOS Settings->Bluetooth it is not picked up. Which parameter is important for iOS in this case? Or can anyone provide example of the code which is visible? Also as soon as I bond my device via LightBlue it appears in Settings->Bluetooth as My Devices. If I forget it then it moves to the list of found devices but disappears as soon as I refresh scan.

Only Bluetooth devices using a Bluetooth version before BLE (i.e. Bluetooth 3 or below) show up in that list. BLE devices (Bluetooth 4) will only show up in an app. The nRF51 is a BLE device, so it only shows up in the app and not in the Settings list. This is preferable from an app developer's and user's point of view, because you no longer have to go to Settings to add a Bluetooth device.
