SoC at end of charging cycle when VTERM=4.1V

Hello Nordic team,

I am using nPM1300 and nRF5340 in my custom board.
I am using also Renata ICP621333PA-01 battery in my design. In order to prolong the battery life, I plan to charge it to 4.1V @ 0.5C.
My question is whether there is a way to manipulate the battery SoC in the fuel gauge algorithm, such that it will be 100% at the end of the charging cycle (IBAT≤ITERM), because currently when using the pre-profiled battery model (icp621333pa01.inc), it is shown as 93% @ 4.1V.

Hi,

Looks like unfortunately there is no quick fix for this.
To get this to work you will need to profile the battery using a termination voltage of 4.1V instead of 4.2V.
