nRF Cloud Change Role for User

On the nRF Cloud, I need to change the role of a Team Member. 

However, I cannot see their name under the list of Team Members as it only shows 10.  Is there any way to show more than 10 Team Members? 

For browsers, this is true in Internet Explorer and in Chrome.  Link to the page:  nRF Cloud

If I try to invite the user again, I get a warning that the user is already on the Team.

Thank you for finding this bug! The fix is deployed now, give the page a refresh and you should be able to update their permissions.

Thanks!  That's great... that did work. 

Can you do the same thing for the Team Dropdown selection on the top right of the screen?  That only seems to show 10 Teams, and of course, we have more than that.

Sorry for the accidental 10 hello messages.

Could you send me your account id? We do have a restriction of 10 teams, so we will have to look a little deeper into this one.

Hello,

A user is only allowed to be on 10 different teams on the same account. If your company has more accounts, then you would have to sign into the different accounts to access the other teams.

After a quick search, this user is on 10 teams.
