Move a device from one User Account to another in nRF Cloud

I have a board with an nRF9151 device on it that was provisioned to the nRF Cloud under one User Account.  

I would like that device to be in a different User Account, and when I tried to add it to that account, using the IMEI number, it told me that the device was already in another User Account.  I deleted it out of that first User Account, but now I am not able to add it to the other, destination account.  

Error Message:  There was an error adding your device: No device found for this id. The device has not yet been just-in-time provisioned.

How do I get the HWID from the nRF9151, or what information do I need to use in order to get the target User Account to accept the device?  Do I have to run a provisioning again on the device?

If you are using JITP credentials in your device (default for nordic DKs and Thingy91) you will need to power on your device and let it connect so that the JITP process is performed. The device will be immediately disconnected while it is provisioned on the cloud.  Once that is complete you will be able to add (associate) the device to the new account.

If you are using Preconnect onboarding (https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/nrf-cloud/page/Devices/Associations/Onboarding.html#preconnect-onboarding), you will need to perform the cloud-side onboarding step, assuming you still have the device's public credential/CSV file. Use the UI on nRF Cloud (https://nrfcloud.com/#/add-device/bulk) or directly use the https://api.nrfcloud.com/#tag/IP-Devices/operation/OnboardDevices API.  If you no longer have access to the device's public credential/CSV, then you will need to provision new credentials on the device and onboard it with the new data.

Thank you for that reply.  Fortunately, the bulk add process worked for this device that had been previously provisioned and connected to the cloud. I now see it in the new Team.  

Note: the Preconnect link was broken for me - going to a page not found.
