nRF5340 QSPI Nand Flash Support

I need a minimum of 2GBIT flash in my project. When I did a market research, nand flash is offered at a much more affordable price compared to nor flash.

In the questions asked before for QSPI communication, you said that you do not support nand flash.

• What is the current situation?
• Could I use nand flash in my project?
• Do you have any work on this?

I am using nrf5340 MCU.

If your read the PS carefully, you'll see that the QSPI peripherial is more or less hard(ware) coded for NOR flash and does not offer any feature required for NAND support.

Consider just adding a MicroSD socket to your project that talks via SPIM. SD cards are typically even cheaper than (tested) NAND flash chips.
