Not found nRF52833-CJAA package in nRF Connect SDK v2.7.0

Dear support team, 

Currently, I create a custom board using nRF52833-CJAA SoC, but I not found nRF52833-CJAA package in nRF Connect SDK v2.7.0.

Could you please help me to create a new board with  nRF52833-CJAA?

Hi,

Thank you for reporting this. Please use QIAA, as there is no difference as compared to the CSP version, i.e. they have the same amount of GPIOs etc.
