I cannot find for nRF52805 from your online Power Profiler for Bluetooth LE web page.
Which chip's profile should I refer to?

There is no current specific plan or timeline on adding a profile for the nRF52805. It might be done one day if we have the time, but currently other tasks are taking priority on our end.
