how to construct rfid network

I have worked with nrf24l01+ devices. In my project include single PRX with 100 PTX. Objective of this project is all PTX send packet to one common PRX device & PRX send ack to all PTX after get the packet. how can i create one rfid network between them. can i use tdma based solution.

I want to send ack to one particular PTX from PRX.

I have 1,2,3...... upto 100 PTX devices. if PTX1 & PTX2 sends payload to PRX at a same time how can PRX send ack to one particular PTX. if all 100 PTX send payload to PRX at a same time how can PRX send Ack to one correct PTX.
