Resetting the toolchain used on the Dev Academy course about nRF Connect SDK, in case of student errors or premature sw dead ends.

Dear All.

While trying to complete the DevAcademy course on nRF Connect Fundamentals, using the nRFCommand Line, the VSC, and the Extension Pack to configure the correct Toolchain and conforming the nRF Connect SDK, I often make errors or arrive at dead ends. In this case, as the SW tools we are using, even if you repeat the step, keep most of the data or configurations, as yet, I am forced to uninstall and reinstall all the tools that make up the Toolchain and erase the remaining data in the "ncs" and "myapps" directories ...
My question is. Is there any simple way to reset the whole Toolchain and return it to its pristine point when all the tools that make it up were not affected by the introduced data or any misconfigurations I could have made?

Hi Juan,

I am sorry that you face such issues. But only if you can specifically mention some errors that you face, can we check into them exactly. In most cases, you wouldn't need to uninstall everything completely. Do you you have any examples of any errors that you faced?
