C++ STL Vector Support on nRF52840 Zephyr visual studio code

I am trying to get std::vector to work on nRF52840 running Zephyr in Visual Studio Code running v2.7.0 toolchain , but have been unable to do so.  I found some similar tickets on devzone, but they were quite old and didnt seem to work.  What Kconfig items are needed?

I tried fresh and got it working using only the Kconfig GUI

• Kconfig GUI selected "c++ support for application"
  
  • In the down arrow under that selected a c++ version number
  • Under that checked the box "Require Complete C++ standard library"
• renamed main.c to main.cpp (right now thats my only source file)
