on cannot connect to the on-board Jink of the NRF52840DK board
I have tried:
Updating to the latest Jink driver
installed nrf connect tools for windows
connecting to J2
Green LED LED5 is blinking rapidly
power switch: on
power source: nrf
looked at Windows Device Manager list: but, I do not see anything listed for a new USB device, which I assume is the on-board JLINK

I was informed that it really does not matter what the link version is, as long as it is the current one, I updated the latest JLINK driver from the SEGGER web site
