Coredump not logged

Hey

I have tried to enable and test coredump as shown in this example: https://academy.nordicsemi.com/courses/nrf-connect-sdk-intermediate/lessons/lesson-2-debugging/topic/exercise-2-11/

When i trigger the core dump with a shell cmd in my setup i do not get any logs printet to my console. 

Can i get some help understanding why that is?

How are you triggering the core dump with a shell command? Do you get any other logs in the console before triggering the core dump?

yes i do get logs before sending the command.

I trigger the core dump with the "crash_function" defined in the exercise:

Hi,

You mentioned triggering the core dump with a shell command. Can you share how you have implemented that command and how it calls the crash_function()?
