Constantly power on reset during the network attachment process.

Case 1: Constantly power on reset during the network attachment process. The customer produced 2000 pcs ,  300 pcs defective rate. We measured the voltage of VDD1 and VDD2, they were OK, the reset reason register value was 0. Customer reported that the cross-validation was conducted between the chip and the PCB board, and the issue followed the chip.

Case2: ICCID cannot be read out. Customer reported that the cross-validation was conducted between the chip and the PCB board, and the issue followed the chip.

  • When I see reboots normally a voltage droop when the modem or LEDs turn on.  Try adding capacitors or a new voltage source.
The meter just shows the DC voltage and doesn't catch droops when current spikes.

I'm also having issues reading the ICCID. I've seen it in the past but it's been fairly stable until I try and port to the latest 2.7 SDK where it doesn't work at all until the modem connects.  It will get the ICCID after the modem connects but it's a hardware number on the eSIMM that I need before connection so that's a problem for me.
