Build issue for Hello World for multiple board targets using Sysbuild

I am facing error while building the sample "Hello World for multiple board targets using Sysbuild" without changing anything in the sample. I am using nRF connect SDK and toolchain v2.7.0 for VS Code and nRF5340DK.

A sample not building with Nordic's own dev boards feels like a bug - it's certainly horrible user-experience.  Does this kind of thing get recorded with the intention that it gets fixed, eventually?

It is explained in the README that the remote board needs to be specified to build this sample.
