Variable Frequency PWM Generate

 I am working on nrf52840 and I want to control the motor speed so I want to generate the variable frequency PWM for the same. How can I generate the variable frequency PWM on PCA10056 dev kit. Please guide us so the PWM frequency will be varying during the run time and it can control the speed of the stepper motor.
