SDK14 is very old even on our older nrf5sdk solutions and we strongly recommend you to use newer SDK versions. 

To implement AES-128 CCM you should

• enable NRF_CCM_ENABLED in your sdk_config.h
• inlude nrf_ccm.c and nrf_ccm.h in your sources.
• iniitalize the backend, nrf_ccm_init()
• Encrypt an decrypt using nrf_ccm_data_encrypt()/nrf_ccm_data_decrypt()
