Firmware for PPK2 - Custom PPK2 board

Hi,

I am planning to get the PPK2 fabricated and assembled using the HW files available for PPK2.

Just wanted to check will I have issues loading FW on it since I don't see FW on the site.

Hello Shashank, 

The FW is not available for download. We recommend buying the PPK2 to get full functionality.

Hi I have a PPK2 which was working fine yesterday. Today the NFR Desktop app suggested an update and did not find the device anymore at all. Starting the BLE Low Energy tool from the NRF Desktop apps resulted in asking to update the device firmware, which resulted in a complete loss of any LED indication of the PPK2. Now my question is, can I flash the device back to be a PPK2 again?

If you did this only through the bootloader then it can be recovered. There are multiple posts here about how to do it. It will require you to take the board out of the casing and short 2 points to enter the bootloader mode again.
