Hi,

Looks like device family pack is not installed, you can download and install from here:
https://www.keil.arm.com/packs/nrf_devicefamilypack-nordicsemiconductor/devices/ 

I can see a collegue made a description here on how to install device family pack 8.15.4, I guess you can follow this, just make sure you use 8.44.1 instead:
nRF_DeviceFamilyPack.8.15.0 Not Found

Double check you have followed the getting started guides:

Also using the exact same version as when the nRF5 SDK was delivered is a good idea:
