nRF5340 Audio DK as both LE audio and BLE transfers

Hi,

We are currently working with the nRF5340 Audio DK board and aim to implement Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) message transmission alongside the existing LE audio transmission feature.

To achieve this, we are integrating the broadcast_source (nRF5340 Audio application) with the peripheral_uart (Bluetooth sample) and the broadcast_sink (nRF5340 Audio application) with the central_uart (Bluetooth sample). Despite completing all configurations and code integration, we are facing issues with central-to-peripheral Bluetooth message transfers not functioning as expected.

Do you have any suggestions for addressing this issue, or is there a more effective approach to implementing Bluetooth alongside the existing LE audio configurations?

Hi Nordic,

We are currently working on using nRF53340 audio dk board interfacing the CH101 sensor but at the time of including the sensor folders and files path errors are occured.Below format I am trying to add the sensor files.

 

In the above picture invn and nrfboard both folders are sensor driver folders and main.c in broadcast_source.

I am integrating sensor library files in  nRF5340 audio application to intrerface the CH101 sensor but file path errors are occuring. CH101 all folders and files are included in broadcast_source in audio DK SDK. Please observe the below figure.

And I have added the source file paths in CMakelist.txt on broadcast_source folder.like:

 

This is the header file paths added in CMakelist.txt on broadcast_source folder in below fig:

But I have got the below file path issue.

Can you please suggest how to include header files.

Hi,

The second error is complaining about not finding invn/soniclib/soniclib.h. In order for this to be found, the root folder that is refered to here must be in the include path. meadning you must have the folder where invn is located in the include path, which is broadcast_source. So try to add an additional line in your CMakeLists.txt that add it. The first error is of the same type with the same fix.

I have add these two lines in CMakelist.txt file but still facing the same issue.

include_directories(${PROJECT_SOURCE_DIR}/broadcast_source/invn)

Hi,

It looks like  apath issue. The path's are relative to the CMakeLists.txt, so to simplify I suggest skipping ${PROJECT_SOURCE_DIR} wher eyo include the path's, and just use paths relative to CMakeLists.txt directly. As this is located in the root folder of the application, I suspect just this would work:

INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES(.)
