Can the VDD PIN of 4L15 be used to detect the ADC voltage?
VDD is powered by a dry battery (3.2V~1.8V), LED+ is powered by 3.3V, LED- will be connected to the I/O of the 54L15, what is the maximum current that can flow into the I/O?

These are provided in the datasheet that should be available to you today, we reveal that the ADC can sample directly from VDD. It is one of the internal connections of the SAADC, so they do not need to use any additional pins for this.
The maximum current will also be revealed in that datasheet, but it is minimum 3 mA sink current for the P0 and P1 pins in high-drive mode setting.
