VIO pin

We have a issue about nRF9161 on our custom board.
we flash hex our board.  It doesn't work very well. sometimess it work and consume about 90mA current. sometimes board consume about 40mA and it doesn't work.  We noticed that when our board works 57.pin ( VIO ) is 1.8Volt.
When it doesn't work VIO is 0 volt. Same card, same firmware, VIO pin have no connection.

same hex work very well  in nRF9161DK.

what do you prefer us? what should we check about it?

  • Hi,

It seems that MIPI_VIO has no connection. Does this imply that you are not using the MIPI RFFE interface in your design?

Have you or your company requested any hardware reviews previously to ensure that your schematic and layout are free of issues? If not please generate new HW reqeust ticket to get help.

I would also like to know how many samples you have tested so far. Do they all exhibit the same issue?

Additionally, which firmware are you testing? It’s good to hear that it works with the nRF9161 DK, but is it also fully compatible with your hardware design?

    Bestre gareds,
