Failed to remove advertised services and failed to finalize serivce upate

Any idea why I am getting these errors with Matter lock example when starting commissioning?

1. What SDK and version are you using?
2. Which board(s) are you using?
3. What boarder router are you using?
4. Describe what you are doing and what you want to do

1. What SDK and version are you using? I am using NCS 2.7.0
2. Which board(s) are you using? nRF52840 DK
3. What boarder router are you using? Apple TV 4K and Echo show 8 same error with both
4. Describe what you are doing and what you want to do? I am just trying Matter sample available in NCCS 2.7.0
