Cannot debug(step over/step in) the PCA10040 board

Hi all,
I have one nRF52 DK board (PCA10040), and I have installed necessary JLINK drivers when first connecting the board to PC, it can displays the virtual COM port correctly.
Then, I download the nRF5_SDK_11.0.0-2.alpha.zip file and open one peripheral example project (uart.eww) in IAR 7.50, it can recognize the device and can download the image, but cannot step over or step in.
Could you please tell me if there is anything missed to enable debug fuctionality with the board?

Have you made sure you are building without optimization? You can do this from "Project -> Options... -> C/C++ Compiler -> Optimizations". There you should set the Level to "None". You would probably also want to define "DEBUG" under "Project -> Options... -> C/C++ Compiler -> Preprocessor", but this is not required in order to step through the code.
