Anyone faces issue delay after having OTA int their program?

Hello, 
I want to make my project DFU OTA compatible, so when I tested on development it works fine once I created my pcb using nrf52840 module in it. So it is taking huge time micro controller to run the code like 4-5 minute run a code without DFU OTA its working fine. So do anyone what could be the possible error in that also the circuit connection as shown the website. So any help will be helpful

What do you mean by "run the code" ?

How and what are you measuring?

like my project is a light control so as soon as the controller starts it make my lamp to default color, so when I provide a power to eat it taking few seconds/ minutes to make it default color that how I am able to know to its taking time while without OTA  it turns my lamp to default color immediately as I started the power
