Dear,

My customer interesting in nRF52840-DK and would like to know the U2 (IC).

Customer wants the nRF52840-DK board it must be installed IC in the same package (QFP) as shown in the picture(1) 

But if it’s not or U2 (IC) is installed in the BGA package as picture(2)below, it doesn't work for them.

Could you verify and advise?

Hello Suphachai,

The chip with the sticker on it that says "PCA10056, 2.0.1...." and so on is the chip for debugging and flashing the nRF deviceth the far right on your DK. It's there as a development tool and wouldn't be included in a customer board.

I'd recommend you to have a look at the nRF52840 DK user guide and documentation here: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-hardware/nRF52840-DK/GetStarted it explains the board and the various parts of it.
