Action for Loading configuration is bugged.

It Exports .overlay file but when Loading it only accepts .json file and it doesn't allow you to change it. Therefore, the file that you exported cannot be imported/loaded.

Thanks for reporting this. I will ask internally, I would also note that you can select to save as .json. 
Update: As expected the .json is the app while the .overlay is for vscode.
