Question about NRF5340 LE PHY selection.

nrf5340_audio application  ， unicast_audio and broadcast_audio samples in zephyr， Are these all LE_2M by default ?

If I want to use LE_1M, how to change ? Modify prj.conf? Using sdk v2.60
