Second-stage bootloader support in nRF54L15

Hi. According to nRF54L Series features page (https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/app_dev/device_guides/nrf54l/features.html), second-stage bootloader and serial recovery mode aren't supported at the moment. Due to our development plan, we would like to check if there is any plan/roadmap to support them, mainly second-stage bootloader.
