Battery Disabled by Protection Fails to Reactivate: How to Resolve?

We are using a Nordic nRF52840 microcontroller alongside the nPM1300 power management IC. When the battery is switched off due to low voltage (undervoltage protection), the power manager does not automatically re-enable the battery. How can we configure the charger to allow the battery to be reactivated by the power manager once it reaches a safe voltage level?

Update

You are using Zephyr? If so it should be enough to add  add the vbatlow-charge-enable property to the npm1300-charger in your overlay
