Using VS Code and the nRF Connect extension, with a nRF5340 DK, I can build and flash the blinky example. However, if I click on "Debug" in the "Actions" section of the nRF Connect extension, the flash is successful but the debug session never starts, showing the following error.
spawn Unknown system error -86
The blinky build configuration uses the "Optimize for debugging (-Og)" option for the "Optimize level (size, speed, or debugging)" setting. I am on macOS Sequoia 15.1.1.
Any suggestions for troubleshooting this problem?
