Cannot Program BMD-340 with nRF52DK

Hi,

I referred to this doc for hardware setup

However, in the programmer in nRF Desktop, I got the following log:

If I try the command tool, I got the following error:

Is this a custom board? 

Have you ever been able to reprogram the board successfully?

What voltages do you measure on: VDD, GND, nRESET?
