cant connect to bluetooth periphiral.

Hello
I have a Periphiral bluetooth application which lets you communicate to it via shell commands. the service is compatible with NUS.
when running the code with the 5.2.5 SDK, it works fine. but when trying to run it with 2.7.0 SDK, for some reason my mobile phone terminates the connection and gives me this massage:

I know the phone is the one that terminated the connection because the error code is 19 which I think means remote user terminated the connection.(that's what gpt said)

I don't know where to begin searching for the reason for the problem, I thought maybe the UUID isn't recognised by the phone but it is the same id when the app runs on 2.5.2.
some help would be much appreciated,

Hello,

Is the app you are using available on the Apple or play store? I don't recognize the error messages. There haven't been made any changes to the NUS service between these 2 SDK versions.

I tried using this app to connect to the peripheral_uart sample from SDK v.2.8.0, but did not get any errors. I was able to both send and receive text strings from the device. I would recommend using the nRF Connect app to verify that your device is using the correct NUS UUIDs.
