Hi,
We have five NRF5340DKs with us and off late it seems three of them does not get detected by the PC. In fact, what i understand is that the interface MCU seems to be not working (LED5 does not turn ON). This is very unfortunate as one of those boards was a fresh board purchased very recently.
1. Below is the screenshot of our DK configuration to run the MCU in 1.8V. (SW9 ->USB)
In the non-working boards, the VDD voltage is 2.05V instead of 1.8V.
2. Below configuration of 3.3V works fine (SW9 ->VDD)
3. I have double checked the USB cables and PC. It is an issue with the DK, possible damaged ? Any insight into this would be really helpful!
