Aws_IoT sample code failed to build

I'm trying to test my nRF7002DK with aws_iot sample to see how it works.
I'm following this guide however it fails during build configuration & never builds whatsoever.

I'm programming in nRF Connect sdk extension for VS code v2.7.0 & nrf toolchain v2.7.0.

Hi,

Have you tested unmodified AWS IoT sample in NCS v2.7.0?
Did you build from VS Code or using command line?
Can you provide your build command?

Yes I tested with the given sample of AWS IoT sample.
I built using VS Code GUI not using command line.

Hi,

This sample must be built with sysbuild. In nRF Connect SDK v2.7.0 you must manually select sysbuild when building applications that are located outside of the SDK. You can do so by selecting "Use sysbuild" at the bottom of the build configuration:
