Hello Nordic Team,
We have designed a custom PCB for our product using the nRF5340 SoC. The peripherals resemble the ones in nRF5340 Audio DK. However, we are unable to achieve VCOM functionality on our custom PCB when we connect it to our Host PC. We are however able to debug and fetch the logs via RTT using the Segger EDU Mini which is being used for flashing. For some reason, RTT is very unreliable as it prints partial logs most of the times even after pumping up the Buffer Stack Size and sometimes it doesnt even print the logs.
We would highly appreciate any suggestions/guidance over how we can manage to get the VCOM ports enabled on our custom PCB.
PS: Since we are using SWD for flashing via Segger EDU Mini, we have only one MCU on our board (the main nRF5340 SoC) in contrast to the nRF5340 Audio DK.
Best Regards,
Soham
