For example, the impact of abnormal short circuit and ordinary short circuit on chip 52832;

And can it heal itself?

    All Nordic SOCs define recommended and extreme working conditions that should be respected. Operation beyond those extremes can result into permanent damages and hence should be avoided at all times. All the publicily available information is available on Nordic Tech Docs. For example, for the nrf52832 soc, different errata documents are available here: nrf52832 erratas

    I am not sure if you are looking for these or some other kind of document. We do not have any such (FMEA) document publicly available, but if you have specific questions then we can forward to the IC developers who might have more details or internal test data.
