We have a communication problem between nRF24LU1+ and nRF24L01+ chipsets. nRF24L01+ uses STM32F4xx MCU on board.

Is there an RF sniffer that sniff the protocol?

Not really - Enhanced Shockburst is hard to sniff. If you google for 'Enhanced Shockburst Sniffer' you'll see some people who've made them but .. the protocol doesn't really lend itself to sniffing.
