How to write data to gpio pins using bit by bit instead writing all 32 bits same time

• Hello I want to operate one RGB LED SK6805-EC10-100 for that i need to write data bit by bit in between need to use some delay if any API is there please let me know.

Can i use PWM to do this ?

This example is too old for that, but it shows how it's done using I2S

I don't know how i2s works and how many pins required for this can I use this example by just one single pin
