Number of Write Cycles in Non-Volatile Memory

How many write/erase cycles is safe for the nRF54L15's non-volatile memory?

Yeah, with the RRAM of the nRF54L15 it might not the same number as the other SoCs. I've asked internally, and will let you know once I hear from the right people.

Hi again,

It is 10k write cycles. RRAM does not have erase. In other words, you can change value 10k times on RRAM. This endurance is per RRAM word (128-bit wide).
