I am migrating from nCS v2.6.1 to v2.9.0, my workspace builds fine on v2.6.1
But on v2.9.0 I am getting the below error:

Are you seeing any Kconfig warnings in the build output? I seems like the CONFIG_ZCBOR symbol does not end up being selected in your new build. You can confirm this by looking at the generated configuration file for your application (.config). This module was also required for DFU in SDK v2.6.1
Also, as you may know, some configurations have been moved to sysbuild in SDK v2.9.0: https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/releases_and_maturity/migration/migration_sysbuild.html
