Failed to install ncs2.9.0 at Toolchain manager v1.5.3/nRF Connect for Desktop v5.1.0.

Hi Nordic

I had used toolchain manager to download and install previousl ncs versions. Everything was fine.

But, as installing ncs2.9.0, at the end of installation, it popped up below error message.

Do you know the reason and how to fix it?

We have seen similar issues with this before:  VS Code can't clone nrf connect SDK 

Are you able to test with other networks, e.g. home network? Does you computer have administrative rights i.e. any changes from IT lately? As you have previously been able to install NCS this is very strange. Do you get the same issue with other NCS versions? Have you tried to install using the nRF Connect for VS code extension?
