TXPOWER register limitations when to modify?

This is sort of a hardware question, involving the RADIO peripheral in the nrf52(840) line. The question is simple. Is there any limitation on when you can change the TXPOWER register? 

I figured since its influence is the RADIO drive circuit, it would not affect operation on the rest of the RADIO peripheral.

Hello Anthony,

Limitiation as to when the new config will take effect? At TXEN the config will be locked in. If you change parameter after TXEN we can't guarantee that the config changes will be taken into account during the duration of that specific TXEN.
