Based on the message on the following page, nrfjprog has been deprecated and should no longer be used:

However looking at the supported platforms for nrfutil, there appears to be rather large gaps:

Specifically, the only platforms guaranteed to work (Tier 1) are the following:
- The previous Windows release (Windows 10, going EOL in October)
- The previous Ubuntu LTS release (22.04, 24.04 released 8 months ago)
- A macOS version two major versions behind (macOS 13, currently macOS 15)
Are there any plans to update support to more recent OS versions? The tier 3 support is particularly concerning:
"The application may or may not work" is not reassuring.
