I am using the Nordic Thingy:52 device, but it is not showing up as a port when I connect it to my system. Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?

I am not sure which port you are referring to. Are you saying that your device is not shown in the Device Manager? Is this a new Thingy52? If so, I recommend following the steps mentioned here to test whether the Thingy is working properly. If not, could you let me know which firmware is running on the Thingy52?
